1. Do you find that all living beings need the same kind of food?
Answer:
No, we see different living being eat different food which comes from different sources. For example, Cattles like cow, and buffalo eat grass and grain while cats and lions eat other animals. We also eat different types of food; someone eats grain, while other people eat milk.
Based on the source of food we classify living being into three types:
Herbivores: It includes organisms like the cow, buffalo, and goat which eat only plant sources.
Carnivores: It includes organisms like Lion, tiger, and cat which eats only animal sources.
Omnivores: It includes organisms like the human being, and dogs which eat from both sources.
2. Name five plants and their parts that we eat.

Wheat: Seed
Apple: Fruit
Carrot: Root
Pumpkin: Fruit
Palak: Leaf
3. Match the items given in column A with that in column B.
