Yes, many a time when we are in a vehicle which is stationary or has stopped but appear moving. It happens when we are inside the bus and sees some moving objects which are outside. For example, a moving nearby train or bus, a moving cycle. The situation looks more compulsive when the moving object is bigger and completely occupies our vision e.g. a moving train passing by our stationary train. In such a situation, our brain interprets the vision and tell us that we are moving actually.
Application:
3D movies usage such proper of mind and we feel like watching the movie in reality.
