What advantage over an aquatic organism does a terrestrial organism have with regard to obtaining oxygen for respiration

Oxygen content in water is lesser as oxygen is not highly soluble in water while the concentration of oxygen is high in the atmosphere. As a result fish respire at a higher rate than terrestrial animals.
